Returns Policy 

We at Askari Medals do our best when it comes to providing you with research to accompany your new medals wherever possible. However, we are human and sometimes we miss things, misread hard to interpret documents written in some cases over a hundred years ago, or misinterpret things. As such, our return policy allows you to return your purchase to us within 60 days of purchase if you are unhappy with our presentation of a group or item through our listing description, if we have made a mistake during our research process, or if you are able to find additional information we missed on the recipient that make you no longer wish to possess it. Returned items must be sent to our Australian PO box with tracked shipping where possible, with refunds being issued once they are received. Askari Medals is not responsible for the return postage cost and is not liable for items lost in transit to us for returns.  

Shipping Policy  

Askari Medals will endeavour to ship your order within 3 business days of it being placed. Askari medals will be held accountable for all parcels sent through Australia post’s domestic network until the point at which they are delivered to your address of choice. Askari medals will not be held accountable for all parcels sent overseas due to the nature of certain international postal agencies.
